NOTICE of virtual public meeting and public comment period

The City of Greenville Community Development Division will conduct a Public Meeting on Tuesday, September 21 for the purpose of reviewing the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER is an evaluation report outlining accomplishments during the 2020 - 2021 program year. The report examines activities affecting housing, the living environment, and economic development compared to the goals and priorities set in its 2020 - 2021 Annual Action Plan.

The City celebrated with the Greenville Housing Authority at the groundbreaking for Preserve at Logan Park, a senior housing development on the site of the former Scott Towers.
